The pointed roof-line (around 4th?level)?as shown in the attachment is considered as a poison arrow(s) aimed towards e.g. Block 3, stacks such as 12, 15 etc..?

1. As this development is aligned in a true North-South cardinal point; for blocks 1 and 3; there are only two facing directions: N2 or S2.

2. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

3. The only concern for aS2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck.

4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either atNorth or North-east sector is preferred.

Part 5 : Under Shapes and Forms: Thomson Impression Condo has two "point-blocks" which is considered a safe design.

Point-blocks or similar designs have been present since the early 1970s, exemplified by the 25-story high HDB five-bedroom units.
