I would often try to visualise where the wind may flow towards... and avoid purchasing a unit especially on the ground floor close-by to these areas. Don't get me wrong, I am no vegetarian.. but especially on Friday evenings and weekends... I don't want to get constant smell of barbequed food.... and end up in a unit that smells like it. The areas where there are either barbeque pavillion(s) and gourment dining areas are attached. And Keat Hong Village to it’s south-west. Today Keat Hong Village is now Choa Chu Kang MRT station and it’s surrounding like Lot 1 and bus interchange. Scientifically, the vaulted ceiling is non load bearing.. thus no issue even if one is seated below it. Parents can be seated here to take turns to watch their kids play..
