City Gate at Beach Road Integrated Development: a mix of Residential, Commercial and Shopping.

Formerly the enbloc of Keypoint estate.

The two residential blocks have the 1950's art deco rounded overall outer shell design.

Based on the site plan: stacks #12, #13 and #14 seems to be facing Flying Stars NE2 direction @52 degrees. However, this is considered a borderline case.

Thus hopefully, when the development T.O.P.s it should either be NE2 or NE3. But very bad luck if it is between neither of these two directions.

By the way NE2 and NE3 facing directions have the same Flying Star chart. Thus not an issue, here.

Stacks #07, #08, #09, #10 and #11 correspondingly also for now seems to belong to SW2 facing. It could later on be SW3. Or as mentioned above.. worse if it is neither of the two.

City Gate at Beach Road and Flying Star Feng Shui of stacks #01, #02, #03, #04, #05 & #06 at the smaller block.

For this block, the flying stars are more or less certain as either facing NW2 or SE2 directions.

NW2 with stacks #01 and #02 has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has inbalances.

If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

SE 2 with stacks 03, #04, #05 & #06 has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Although there is no direct water at it's frontage. This side of the block faces "virtual water" or clear space. Virtual water simply means that a bird can fly freely at the frontage. These stacks have the benefit of avoiding totally the dreaded afternoon sun. It enjoys indirect morning sun.

The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed

Good, if the rear of the house has a "mountain" support.
