S1 with stacks #972 & #978 has the combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 positioned at the "rear" of the unit. This is unfortunate, as this area typically corresponds to the kitchen and yard.

A bedroom in the East sector is beneficial for study purposes.

If the main entrance is positioned in the NE, it will be excellent due to the favorable combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector.

N2 = stacks #962 and #964
S2 = stack #960

In terms of Flying Stars, there is a distinction between a N2 facing and a S2 facing chart.

In the case of N2 facing, the combined auspicious wealth stars are unfortunately located at the rear of the home. Here, the "rear" typically refers to the kitchen or yard area, rather than the frontage as seen in an S2 chart.

S2. Stack #960 represents the best option for an East group individual, as both frontages benefit from the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. Additionally, their facing directions include water, which brings significant wealth.

2. In the attachment: it is advantageous for the [8] & [8] which symbolize: Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home, compared to a N2 facing where these beneficial stars are wasted at the "rear," typically the kitchen/yard area.

3. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that the kitchen may often be located in the NW sector, which in Feng Shui is referred to as: "Fire at Heaven's Gate." This can impact the career luck of the male breadwinner.

4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.
