On November 27, 2019, a notice was seen inside a pavilion situated in an HDB estate in Anchorvale, Sengkang.

The main area of this estate is encircled or "enclosed" by the sections of the pavilion.

1. Ceremonies may also be held in the pavilion located within the estate grounds.

2. Spontaneous prayers and chants are often performed on the 49th day to benefit the departed.

3. These activities can take place on various occasions such as Chinese New Year—sometimes without prior notice.
