Next best stacks are 1107 and 1109. 1105 comes close to this:- Equally good stacks units: 1111, 1113 and 1115:- Thus whenever a stack/unit faces a park is always a premium in Singapore. The facing for stack 1103 is N1. As mentioned, there is nothing extraordinary about this stack 1103. And the most recent HDB launches also have similar type of layout profiles. I am more than happy if: it is something new of interests to users. Not anything that one sees almost "daily". In a way, this is considered good news. As majority of the time; my comments are focused on poor Feng Shui. The rationale is that often there are more negatives then positives other than the norm in most developments.
