Potential Parent String Combination with missing corners

Hi,

We just moved into a new home and based on my calculation it seems this is a good home with parent string combination. Unfortunately we have a corner that's either missing or protruding (attached floor plan).  As we won't be able to do any renovation due to this is a townhouse we would like some advise or what we can do.

Frankly, knowing that structurally there is nothing one can change + the writer says "we won't be able to do any renovation ", then logically, this is it...
