Some south highest facing stacks/units should be able to look towards the sea. But of course, will correspondingly be affected by the afternoon sun... Land clearing exercise .... haven't add the huge blocks of stones to stablise the plot.. the next stage before piling work.... Majority of the photos taken along this red route...given that this is the highest point. On Kent Hill Park, there is a large cluster of trees that virtually block any views of this park. Thus most of the North stacks facing this park is simply clumps and clumps of tree view. This is good news! As I was seated at the park for quite sometime and found tranquility and rather peaceful... But was renamed to honour the duchess of Kent and her son’s visit to the park. This park was the last battle fought by the Malay regiment. And was also an ammo dump. Part 1: Sample of House 60F = 15 degrees and for 60E = 195 degrees. 1. The Sales Brochure macro site plan and the micro site plan found on each of the layout types do match. 1.1. Sometimes these two don't even match. 1.2. However, this is similar to the concept of "own-self check own-self". Part 2: Based on streetdirectory.com map, the compass degrees is 20 degrees for 60F and 200 degrees for 60E respectively. 2. Thus the compass readings deviate by 5 degrees between the Sales Brochure site plans and the streetdirectory.com's map. 2.1 Thus which should I use? Sales Brochure or Streetdirectory.com's 2.2. Fortunately, based on the chart below, Flying Star North 3 falls between 7.5 degrees to 22.4 degrees. Thus for 60F and 60E and similar houses, one can use North 3 chart. 2.3.
