What element is engineering job classified as

I am a Engineer in charge of document/training. May I know whether my job is classified as what element? Is it "wood" or "water" ?

Cecil,
We moved into our new house last April. Two month after, the house across the street was completed with a two-door garage which is on the left side of the that house and has a point roof directly pointed to our front door. I just read a Feng Shui book and learned that roof is so called "Poisoned Arrow". Please help us to know what we should do.
