HDB Sales Brochure Part 1 of 2:

Amidst Greenery

2-Room Flexi, 3-, and 4-room flats

Located amid greenery, 'Keat Hong Verge' references the expansive landscaping within the development. Bounded by Keat Hong Link and Choa Chu Kang Grove, it will comprise 3 residential blocks at 22 storeys in height. You can choose from 571 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, and 4-room flats. Keat Hong Verge will offer flats with shorter waiting time.

A series of interconnected green spaces link the residents to communal facilities such as children's playgrounds, fitness corners, resting shelters, and pergolas. You can enjoy a tranquil moment or interact with neighbours at the sky terraces or roof gardens located at the residential blocks and Multi-Storey Car Park.

Keat Hong Verge will also be served by a childcare centre. Please refer to the site plan for the facilities provided in the development. Facilities in this development will be open to public.

Case Study 1: Scanning the external immediate environment for a temple (if any)?

1852009109_KEATHONGVERGE.thumb.png.e64ef247ea4d1aba922bcfab9c749832.png1. There is indeed a site reserved for a Chinese temple.

1.1. However, the temple is closest to Block 22 Sol Acres EC.

2. Unfortunately, what matters is that although it is across the road from HDB Keat Hong Verge, stacks 302 and 304 directly faces the frontage of this future temple.

15847651_sitereservedforchinesetemple.thumb.png.82e5f6c27bd279e3056848268ab69eec.png3. As for stack 306 the living room cum bedrooms 2 and 3 certainly also directly faces the temple grounds.

4. Stacks 308 and 301 does not directly face the temple. But if the residents were to turn their heads to the left, they will certainly also see such a temple.

5. Most likely also that there is often a large burner for devotees to burn offerings and incense and often, it can be located either at marking X or Y.

Photo: Cheng Hwa Cher Siah Temple at Bankit Road, Bukit Panjang:

Did you notice the offerings burning cauldron circled in red to the bottom right hand-side of this photo?

5.1. Below: an intricate incense burner from the famous Thian Hock Keng temple at No. 158 Telok Ayer Street:-

5.2. For most other temples, they have a pagoda like themed offerings burner that takes in offerings for offering "gold ingots etc..." Samples of offerings can be found, under this link:-

6. And one cannot control or restrict such burnings. Equally, hopefully the wind does not blow the smoke and smells that come with such burnings towards blocks and stacks at HDB Keat Hong Verge especially the lower floors.

7. Unfortunately frequent inhaling of such fumes can be cancerous in the long term.

8. Modern temples like the Thye Hua Kwan temple could be quite similar to the one shown below:-

9. If the future temple, here is similar to this temple, expect to get at least a unit that is higher than 8 to 10 storeys high to clear it's roof-line! As often the roof-line can also be another poison arrow if it is aimed towards a unit's opening.

Case Study 2: Keat Hong Verge should fall within Period 8 Flying Stars Feng Shui - assuming that it is on-tract to complete by 1st Quarter 2023 or latest before December 2023. Else if completion is on or after 2024 onwards, it will use Period 9 instead.

1. Majority of stacks are N1 and S1 facing directions.

2. While two stacks are NE1, the other two are SE1 facing directions to avoid the fork in the road.

3. Workings:

4. Is Feng Shui about the front door?

Case Study 3: Fork in the road? Any issue? What do you think?

1. The two stacks especially #328 and #330 are at the mercy of flow of qi.

2. Lesser impact for #326 and #332 unless there are constant "strong-force" winds.

3. Frankly, I don't live in the western part of Singapore thus not there to observe the wind conditions in a "year" cycle.

4. If there should be strong (or moderate) winds passing thru this fork usually can affect wealth and health luck. (If there are strong winds).

4.1. How do you define a strong (or moderate) wind?

4.2. If one were to hold an umbrella tilted slightly and if the umbrella seems to want to "tear" away from one's hands.. then this is roughly the definition of it.

4.3. The only way to "tame" or control this is the windows of such homes. Generally, this should help greatly.

4.4. Stacks #328 and #330 are generally ideal if one owns a personal business or a business person.

Not really related to the above. More to do with a flat directly facing a cross junction:-

1. Many Feng Shui Masters in Singapore are a Feng Shui Shop in disguise.

2. Feng Shui is about Qi and it's surroundings.

3. Always ask: "Must I buy from YOU?"

4. Chinese Luck System applies science NOT Fake commercial products:-

5. Many Feng Shui Masters use the excuse for Man Luck by promoting and selling Lifestyle products luck 3 legged toad and tons of commercial Feng Shui Products.

5.1 Unfortunately, the biggest culprits are the FSMs with lineages. What a pity!
