This HDB flats does have a grille gate with a larger opening close to the eye-peep hole to allow a visitor to press the bell.

HDB Sun Sails sits close to The Nautical. In fact, when The Nautical first launched, its temporary showrooms were set up right within the HDB Sun Sails site. At that time, the plot was still empty. Back in 1966, Sembawang was a well‑liked area, mainly because it was so close to Johore Bahru. During that period, The Nautical would have been located along the edge of S. Simpang Village. There was also a market about 220 metres north of the condominium site.
