Part 1 of 3:  Sales Brochure Information
ParkView @ Bidadari

ParkView @ Bidadari will be bounded by Upper Aljunied Road, the upcoming Sang Nila Utama Road, and the future Bidadari Park. Within Bidadari Park, you can take a stroll, jog, or cycle down the Heritage Walk amidst conserved rain trees and other greenery. You can also enjoy the scenery at the new Alkaff Lake, which aims to recreate the sense of tranquility of the former Alkaff Lake Gardens.

In order to optimise views of the adjacent Bidadari Park, Alkaff Lake and Heritage Walk, the 3 16-storey residential blocks in ParkView @ Bidadari are arranged in a staggered manner, creating open vistas of its surroundings. Roof gardens in each residential block serve as ideal spots to enjoy these views. You can choose your home from 358 units of 3- and 4-room flats.

ParkView @ Bidadari comes with recreational facilities that cater to both the young and old. Children will enjoy playing at the playground, while adults and the elderly work out at the fitness stations. The roof garden located above the Multi-Storey Car Park will provide a space for relaxation. A childcare centre and a Residents' Committee Centre will also be located within the development.

Woodleigh MRT station, the future bus interchange at Woodleigh Village, and shops/facilities at Woodleigh Mall are located nearby.

Case Study 1: HDB Parkview Bidadari can be called a complex site where its external has a myriad of elements:

1. Alkaff Lake U/C
2. Bidadari Park U/C
3. Memorial Garden U/C = hopefully this is not a columbarium.
4. Site reserved for Mount Vernon Funeral Parlour Complex
5. Site reserved for High-Rise Nursing Home & Polyclinic
6. Electric Sub-Station at Alkaff Crescent

7. Particularly above Paras 3 to 6 may suddenly trigger red-flags for house-buying smart Singaporeans and PRs.

8. Devil's Gate: Devil's Front Door at NE and Devil's Back Door:

8.1. Best if one can consider stacks 147, 149, 151 and even 137 as a last resort.

8.2. Alternatively, best to take extra care if one wants to place an altar especially for these four stacks.

Case Study 2: Lake view can be a double-edged sword!

1. Stacks #103 and #105 = Great lake views.. but...but... affected by direct afternoon sun...

2. Okay, we " 107, 123, 125 and 127 " also have lake views.. but.. but ... also.

3. Pity us! 129, 131, 139 and 141 have afternoon sun but no lake views! How's that? A double whammy?
