Fengshui Advice for house facing dead end of road

Recommended Posts

Hi Master,

Would like to ask if it is advisable to purchase a house that is facing the dead end of the road and a reservoir?

The block has been circled in black as attached.

Read that houses at t junctions as well as water bodies behind the houses are not advisable.

Does this case fall under these 2 scenarios? Thank you.

Case Study Part 1 of 2:

1. No issue with facing the reservoir.

2. Safer to be more cautious of units or partial units as marked by a red X:-

3. If there are situations where there is strong winds: just imagine holding an umbrella and it has a mind of it's own and wants to fly away... time to control the wind into the unit.

Case Study Part 2 of 2: Good that there is a gap at location marked as "z".

1. As this helps to alleviate or making the sha qi less severe especially on a windy day.

2. As often at this part of Singapore, the winds (high and low pressure zones) move roughly from North to South and vice-versa. As the sea is directly at South.

2.1. Less of an impact if say, this was Telok Blangah/Keppel  as the sea is at West. Thus wind movement around this area often moves East to West and vice-versa.

3. As there is a "solid" wall from Waterfont Ise marked as "y"... units marked as "xx" are a greater concern of sha qi in this instance than.

Hi Master, thanks for your sharing. Unfortunately, the unit is where the XX is at.

Is it not recommended then even if the unit cannot be seen from the roads because it is mid floor?

Attached is the view from the road.

As explained earlier it has more to do with the potential windy conditions.
