Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 23, 2021 Author Staff Report Share Posted November 23, 2021 Case Study 1: Block 306C Stack 292 and BLock 308C Stack 237 are cutting too close to the Common Bin Lobby. 1. Looks like the two bin chutes: common and recycle seems to sharing the same wall with the stack/units. Yucks! 2. Dread a trail of ants visiting making unwelcomed visits or even worse, making their homes (nests) in one's beloved home! Double Yucks!
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 23, 2021 Author Staff Report Share Posted November 23, 2021 - = = Final delivery is to the BIN CENTRE = = - Case Study 2: Any issue with living in a development that depends on a Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System (PWCS)? 1. No, PWCS is not Price Waterhouse Coopers Singapore. LOL 2. Please do a SEARCH in this forum for this topic and there are "scary" stories of the unfortunate abuse of this system. And in some cases lead to two or more years of inconvenience and oh dear! That STINK SMELL! Bright Yellow = Too close for comfort! Light Yellow = What a close shave! Reference resource:- For example, when The Venue (a CDL project).:- This signage (see above) was displayed at the common bin. There are like Twelve (12) cautionary: what not to:- There was a cautionary sign with lots of Don'ts. A while back at The Criterion also by CDL. This notice (User guide) was displayed at the common bin area:- Hopefully, the residents may come to terms to avoid doing all these don'ts:-
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 23, 2021 Author Staff Report Share Posted November 23, 2021 Case Study 3: Facing greenery (common green) + no afternoon sun + better Shapes and Forms (Feng Shui)? Are you implying that units facing such common greenery is good? What do you think?
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 23, 2021 Author Staff Report Share Posted November 23, 2021 Case Study 4: Watch your front! Say again? 1. There is a potential poison arrow from neighbouring HDB Parc Residences block sharp corner aimed towards stack 346. 2. No need to be concerned about "Watching your back" for Stack 215 = No issue since it is the "solid" kitchen wall.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 30, 2021 Author Staff Report Share Posted November 30, 2021 Case Study 5A: Flying Star Feng Shui of HDB Parc Clover 1. Majority are NE2, SE2, NW2 and SW2 facing directions. 2. There is only two stacks facing E3. 3. The rest are either N3 or S3 facing. Workings: Reference Resource: Guidelines but does not take into consideration Shapes and Forms Feng Shui which accounts for a whopping 70% of the total luck. Interior Flying Star accounts for the other 30 percent luck:- Case Study 5B: An In-depth understanding of the Frontage of a home. Is it always the main door? Who are the Conservatives & the Modernist. What lead to the Conservatives use of the Main Door only? 1. Who are the Conservatives and the Modernists? 2.
