With a few stacks facing NE2 and SE2 In general, in terms of Flying Star Feng Shui (excluding interior layout arrangements) Better Luck: N2: [Frontage has the auspicious double #9's] NE2: [Frontage has the auspicious double #9's] Less Lucky: S2: [Double auspicious #9's wasted at the kitchen of the unit.] SE2: [Double auspicious #9's wasted at the kitchen of the unit.] Note: This review does not take into consideration a. how suitable the unit is the main breadwinner & b. interior unit layout plan. Most important consideration is that neighbours must exercise consideration and either don't dump rubbish at the CBL and/or avoid leaking bin bags. 2. After the Minimum Occupation Period (M.O.P.) this might also be an issue with some potential buyers. Hopefully does not affect the re-sale value. Case Study 3B: How about the other CBL?: 3. Not perfect but quite common amongst similar HDB designs in other estates. 4. A Madrasah is a private Islamic religious school registered with the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE). And should not be mistaken as a mosque. 1. No issue since it is a specialised school. 2.
