Happy New Year! Not Feng Shui, but for condos not allowed to anyhow change. Several residents changed their front doors and they need not be identical to the original doors. My client's door previously had a crack. And it was changed a few years ago at this EC. Caveat: However, please don't rely on the above information. If you really need to change the front door, always check with the Managing Agent.
