House right next to roundabout

Hi, I have read conflicting things about whether living right next to a roundabout is good or bad for the energy of the home. Some practitioners seem to feel the circular energy is too harsh and confused and others feel it's neutral or even positive. We have the opportunity to purchase a new home on the lot marked with a red arrow. Wondering if we should pick this one or stay away. For reference the street with the roundabout does not have much traffic.  For Flying star enthusiasts it is S1 facing period 9 which makes this a 7 star robbery chart. Please advise and TIA for any thoughts!

1. Like you mentioned, the road does not have much traffic. Thus this is one of the many considerations. In order to best understand the situation, a Triage should be conducted

2. There is simply no one size fits all = good or bad. Each site or location has to be analysed.

2.1. Often, there are not much choice in finding a perfect Flying Star direction.. If one needs to live with say a P9 S1, then there are various options. Including Habit Number Three. Concept of Maximizing marks.... etc...

1. I believe some Feng Shui Masters write poor reviews of certain conditions attached to a home.

2. Perhaps, they had personally encountered a bad situation of a specific location.

3. How can one simply read through the lines of their comments and then question that person's view point?

4. Management Concept: Situation approach. Which in essence imply that no two situations are identical.
