There were several instances where some clients confided that when they viewed the premises it was not that noisy. Unfortunately, they felt that on the day of the visit e.g. usually on a SUNDAY / PUBLIC HOLIDAYS the traffic noise was much less. Thus giving them some "assurance" that perhaps these units are not SO NOISY. Please do your due diligence, here. However, it is advisable to steer clear of the lower floors, particularly Stacks #560 and #562.
