The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) launched the ‘Be Condo Savvy’ webpage earlier this year. It brings together a handy set of resources to help both future and current condo owners better understand what day-to-day condo living involves.

On top of that, BCA has rolled out the latest ‘Be Condo Savvy’ poster and a series of easy-to-follow videos, sharing practical tips and insights on everyday condo life, the responsibilities involved, and how to enjoy positive community living.

ASM (Association of Strata Managers) shares BCA’s belief that condo living can be a sustainable and harmonious way of life when everyone involved—who are mainly the owners—is well-informed and understands their roles and responsibilities in supporting the community.

Everyone can play a part in supporting informed, responsible, and harmonious strata living.
