About a home ELCB (Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker) Junction Box

Dear Cecil, I would like to check, would it be better to change the DB box to beside the main entrance?

This is not Feng Shui. Nowadays most homes does this

The current DB box is in the “storeroom” location (orange box), as we have divided the storeroom, now it is in the cabinet at our daughter’s bedroom. Just want to understand if there is any issue in fengshui terms as our parents seem uncomfortable with it 😞 but it is also difficult for us to change the location of db box now as we are nearing end of renovation.

It makes great common sense for it to be close to the power source to a unit that’s all. Already replied not Feng Shui.

Power Utilities meter and power distribution outlet. It makes sense to connect the unit’s ELCB Outlet as close to this unit as possible. Since this outlet is often located outside or near the main door, it’s only common sense that it’s best to have your own ELCB Outlet close to it.
