How does one tell the number of children a person would have from the pillars of House of Conception?

Dear Dylan,
1. For females, whether the child birth is `easy' or `difficult' birth.
2. For determing the number of children, it is based on several factors, and analysed/compared to the male person's chart.
3. Nowadays, less importance is placed on this area as there is a great leap in medical enhancement e.g. artificial inception etc..
