Especially those units at the 4th floor.In my opinion, if you can, skip this development for other better selections.The average selling price is approximately $567 per sq feet. Studio apartments are from 68 to 82 sq metre, other apartments range from 88 sq m to 140 sq m for 2 and 3 bedroom types. 4 bedroom types go for 136 to 229 sq metres.As at to date, there is a banner hanging outside this condo advertising unsold units.In my opinion, condominiums of 4 storey height are rare finds. And many of such 4 storey high condominiums are basically sold out even before they are fully constructed and TOP.
