Hi Cecil
My husband and I are "Dog" and my daughter is "Tiger"
I had just moved to HDB (4 room) and a Feng Shui teacher had seen my house. He guided based on my husband (1st applicant of the house) as how to place the bed and sofa. He also advise the following:
Our house faced north (main door), which is water,as we are dog (belong to earth), we cannot paint yellow and cannot have any painting associated with water or fishtank becos we scared of water
I believe him becos he saw my old house before and I feel quite good. I am just curious whether your findings are the same as him.

Actually, it would greatly depend on what the FS teacher is analysis for and what are the tools he had used.
Sorry, without details on the house or your information or even having seen your house, it is difficult or not proper for me to may any comments on this matter.
It is also not good to have too many person looking at the same house. So long as you feel comfortable with his advices, then you should just follow it.
Warmest Regards
Robert Lee
