Weak element can not use wealth element, but strong element must make balance too. What that mean? How someone can make a balance, with what? With more color of missing element in his/her interior, with more material of some object which represent missing element... And the second quation, I got on present a decorative chimes (delphins, shells, sea stars...). Is that in the same range with feng shui chimes?
