Good evening Cecil and all,
I realised the comming chinese lunar new year will be on 1st and 2nd of feb 2003.
Hence, we would like to be ready.
Would appreciate if you can provide information of the good and bad flying stars, the untouchable directions and its relevant information to ensure that one can put up "REinforcement" against bad and to "UTilise on the good stars and directions.
Also, like for yr 2002, south is the untouchable one, when can we proceed with change like painting job for the lunar new year?
Thank you all for information.

Dear Cindy,
Thank you for your message.
Yes, we be holding several public and many private talks for organisations and clubs especially in the month of January 2003 on the topic of the Year of Goat 2003.
For example, there will be a public talk for Automobile Association Singapore (members/non-members) on the evening of Tuesday, 21 January 2003. The event will usualy be published in next issue of AA magazine. For those who are interested, will keep you posted once this information is out.
I will be preparing some write-ups by mid-December and a summary of what is in store to 2003 will be posted b/4 31 December 2002.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
