Slope At The Side Of My House

There is a slope at the side of my house. I am afraid that the wealth flows down along the slope to my neighbors. Is there a cure for this problem? Thanks in advance.

1. I would like to help but, such questions are too general.
2. It is preferred that such questions come with at least a reasonable sketch of the surrounding or set of pictures.
3. Since, nowadays, many users have digital cameras. Please try to resize it smaller.
