Dear Cecil:
The center point, i.e. the crossing point of the two diagonal lines is in the "side wall" of a half bath (bathroom without shower/bath tub) in my house. Is it the same as the "bathroom is at the center point of my house"?

If there is a WC in there, then, it should be considered as a toilet at the center-point.
