Hi! I'll like to find an auspicious date to view my new house for the 1st time. My fiancee & I have just got the keys to our new house and we wish to use the consultation charges of geomancers saved for our renovation budget. My date of birth & zodiac sign is 25/02/1977 & Pisces while my fiancee's is 25/12/1977 & Capricorn (both born in year of snakes). My time of birth is around 8am while my fiancee's is around 1am. Our new house is located in the North area of the country Singapore. Appreciate if u can help. Thanks!

Dear Anon,
Congratulations on getting the key to your new home!
Often, I don't do this, but I have zipped up an auspicious date report for July 2003.
The combined auspicious dates are: 11 Jul 2003 (Fri) and 23 Jul 2003 (Wed).
If you can go take a vacation leave on 23 July 2003 (Wed).
Please hurry! As 29 July 2003 is the start of the 7th month.
Usually, the most important is that the date should be auspicious for the couple.
For the timing; this is more for practical reasons:
1. Often, the timing should be in the early morning.
2. The best phonetic sounding timings are:
8.38am or 8.39am or 9.38am or 9.39am (select one of these for going into the home).
Many Chinese avoid timing like 10 am i.e. 0 = zero or 4.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
