myfs_88348
Dear Mr. Celil LeeThe distance between the Garage and the main gate is 7 MTRs long. There is slope inclining outward from the Garage to the main gate which meets the main road. Please advice:1-Will this kind of slope( moving out ) will take away the fortune of the residents,2-If so then, what is the best measure we can use to eliminate/minimize the effect of this. With warm regardsVijay
Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 7, 2003 Staff Share Posted October 7, 2003 Dear Vijay,So far, based on my personal observations, this is not a major issue. In Singapore, like anywhere else in the world, many landed properties (site) are either:1. On the same level to the road2. Higher than the road3. Lower than the roadBased on my personal experience, I often see many homes similar to your description ie. (para 2 type) do not encounter financial loss. Nor affect the health of the owners. But rather, more importantly, the concern is that of open drains that e.g. flow behind the house or at the side.Often, rather, if the house has a large opening e.g. sliding glass doors at the frontage with main entrance doors, there is a possibility that children may not get married or remain single. On it's own, therefore, such slope is not a major concern. And, so far, I believe, no Feng Shui book has fully stated this as a major cause of wealth loss.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 10/1/2003 9:44:06 PM, Anonymous wrote:Dear Mr. Celil LeeThe distance between theGarage and the main gate is 7MTRs long.
