myfs_96635
Dear Cecil,My wife and I are expecting our second child at the end of October 2003. Our three and half year old son (born April 22,2000) was recently diagnosed with Autism. Strangely, our son received a hand-me-down chair, when he was about eighteen months old, from my mother in law's neighbour whose son is autistic. This chair still has the boy's name painted on the seat and backrest. From reading posts on this forum, we get the impression that by accepting and using this chair is similar to accepting and using someone's used mattress. Is that correct? Also, my son's bedroom is in the southeast sector of the house, and his bed is in the southeast corner of the room. His bed sheet and comforter are yellow. Could any or all of these things be contributing to his health problems? Our concern is whether or not to pass down our son's baby things (crib, stroller, high chair, car seat, clothing, etc.) to our second child for fear of the same fate and to help our son recover. Your advice will be greatly appreciated.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 20, 2003 Staff Share Posted October 20, 2003 Dear Philip,Frankly, in my opinion; the hand-me-downs you mentioned perhaps has more to do with co-incidence, than anything else. This is because logically, such items do not seem to pass down an illness or a situation.I would strongly thing that the hand-me-downs is not really a major issue. But, it is no harm playing safe - not to hand it over to your new born.So far, the incomplete picture is that Flying Star feng shui has SE as #5 at this sector. Please check to see if the room does not have earth tones especially yellow, cream or beige or fire tones e.g. red, pink or purple in this room. As these two elements are not favourable for this lunar year at SE.Wishing you all the best on your wife's safe delivery!Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 10/7/2003 5:25:32 AM, Anonymous wrote:Dear Cecil,My wife and I areexpecting our second child atthe end of October 2003.
