Overall, it looks like all the better units had been snapped up i.e. especially #03 and #05.
Blocks #02 and #07 in my opinion are considered unfavourable because of the fact that these units are exposed to the afternoon sun.
Imagine! daily (especially in sunny Singapore) one returns to a very warm Master bedroom! and even the bedroom 2 cannot escape the afternoon sun.
Do seriously consider buying such homes even if the bedrooms suit "west group people". If we only use the Eight House to match our homes, than this is a very serious case of mismatch! Or the wrong application of Feng Shui!
