Dear Master Cecil
I've doubts in the following which require you advice:-
a. My bedroom is currently facing a toilet door. We always keep the toilet bowl & door closed. Both doors having the same size but the facing alignment is only 3 quarters. Is there any cure for this?
b. I live in terrace house. We have installed awning at the backyard with left & right wall but only grills behind. There is a backdoor before the backyard. Whether this backyard is considered as part of the house in the feng shui point of view?
c. Behind our house is a 4 storey building which is 40 feet apart. However, in between our house & the 4 storey building, there is a drain. This drain is very narrow but both side of the drain was widen which has become 10' width by 5' depth but bushes, grasses & fruit trees are growing here. Is it bad for my house in terms of feng shui?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

1. Actually, there isn't anything too major to be overly concerned with. But definately, keeping the door and toilet bowl close is good enough solution for this.

b. I live in terrace house.
We have installed awning at
the backyard with left & right
wall but only grills behind.
There is a backdoor before the
backyard. Whether this
backyard is considered as part
of the house in the feng shui
point of view?

2. Does your house have a final door before it goes to the yard or common area. Usually if this door will be considered the final extend of your house area. If not, then it is not really considered part of the house area.

c. Behind our house is a 4
storey building which is 40
feet apart. However, in
between our house & the 4
storey building, there is a
drain. This drain is very
narrow but both side of the
drain was widen which has
become 10' width by 5' depth
but bushes, grasses & fruit
trees are growing here. Is it
bad for my house in terms of
feng shui?

3. Under the water classic, it is auspicious to see water flowing in the home. For the back, you must make sure that anywhere from your backyard you should not see any open drain to back house.
4. If you do not see it then it is not a problem. If you do, then if possible you should cover it if and when possible. If it is located outside of your property where it is not really highly visible, then really considered a major issue.
Hope that helps.
Warmest Regards
Robert Lee
