to deal with #7

Dear Master Cecil,

I have read your reply to the recent enquiries about star #7 which has turned to bad in period 8 (i.e. theft/robbery). My house facing direction is SE2 which has the WS5 & MS7. I have hanged a windchime in front of the house and place a blue pail of water, will this suffice to control these 2 bad stars? Would be much appreciated if you could suggest any other better solution.

Dear Joan,

To be more accurate, usually, the three components are looked at i.e. MS#, WS# and Base # to come to a better understanding of that specific sector.
