myfs_104122 Posted June 18, 2004 Share Posted June 18, 2004 Hiya,I amliving in the UK and the weather is pretty cold and you get constant breeze throughout the night even in the summer.I have been sleeping with windows open for years and suddenly I have continuoussevereshoulders and neck stiffness, it is gettingso serious that sometimes I could hardly bend my neck to do the 'chin on chest' and when I lift my arms, the bones click veryloudly!My bed is right below the window lean against the wall where the windows sit. I sleep right by the wall under the window and stiffness happen to mostly the left of my body which is closer to the windows. I tried to sleep with windows closed but the problems persist. I also tried message which help to lossen the muscles but always wake up the next morning with similar muscle stiffness.Apart from that, I have no problem in my sleep.I thought Feng Shui is logical as well as there are certain scientific elements in it, please can someone advise me.RegardsSharon Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
