Fixed Ceiling Board

Dear Master Cecil,

My husband and his partner is running a business involve in supplying & installation of air-cond, ventilation & building services. The office is located at the 3rd floor of a 4-storey link shop. They are planning to fix ceiling board at the general office area (currently it is concrete slab) and to do some partition as well. Will this suffice to change the office to period 8?

Dear Joan,

In my opinion, if the office premises is mid-sized or small, often, this may not be enough especially if the lower or office area is "quite-old".

Often to be sure, additional activity like a celebration to bring in yang energy will be good.

Furthermore, since we are just in the fringe of Period 8 (started this year), we should gradually see Period 7 waining, and Period 8 become stronger.

For your office, often, even if it has flown to Period 8, it may take at least one year more to see the effects of Period 8.

A faster change would include the building having a new coat of paint from this year onwards. Here, both the building and the interior are in sync.
