He has been convinced chicken is to never be eaten and is all into almost nothing but pork?So, where do I go to find information on this. I am glad to find this place. As under the Chinese system as you have mentioned, food can be classified as under Hot (Yang) and Cold (Yin)....In general, chicken and pork should in my opinion, be classified as under "white meat".
