question, backyard facing east with a
canal, one thing can I use any fence
to put around the dock. or does it
have to be wooden? also I read to use
some type of lion facing east. Thank

Dear Lisa,

So long as if we cannot see the canal from our home, this is acceptable. Thus, the fencing you mentioned is OK as there is no specific need to use just the wooden fencing. Any material will do.

The idea is "if it cannot be seen, it no longer becomes a threat".
