I've just bought the Standard Ba Zi and understand it mentioned I am not suitable for career with power & authority unless constant contact with Metal. Pls explain what it mean by this constant contact with Metal? In this category includes real estate. In fact, I just started as part-time real estate agent 3 months ago.. I found the passion in it after 9 yrs in finance/admin job and I aim to be full-timer. Though I've not close a single deal yet but I told myself never give up since I like this line. I take every failure as learning lesson. but looking at the bazi, is it giving a 'death sentence' that I should not venture in real estate. Or, is there any way to help in my real estate career as I really dun wan to give up.

If you require constant contact with metal; what it means is that you are I believe a weak water person.

And under the Five Elements concept: Metal supports water. As a weak water person, you have to be surrounded with metal. Thus if you are into real estate; if you are driving or hope to have a car, then, this metal i.e. car is a good interface to help you. The other alternative is just to wear a bit of "metal jewellery".

In other example, if one is selling cars, the industry is cars (metal) and selling a car is like constant contact with metal.

Yes. I am a weak water person. My hse sitting South facing North. My good metal directionNW,W dun fit my hse this year. So, I put my working deskface NE(Earth)my prosperity direction.But earth too strong for me, what can I put to overcome it ? A big pot of plant? My desk have computer,printer, do all this constitute 'Metal' element or what Metal stuff should I put here to have strong Metal?

My Enquiries:
Is there any remedy for the below-mentioned situation?
At my dinning hall, we have one long length mirror (make up of few
medium pieces mirror) reflecting our dinning table. One of my relative
told me that mirror facing dinning table is o.k. but with our current
location, is not good for our wealth luck.
My situation is: This mirror reflects our dinning table. But at the
same time, reflects the window cos. in front of my dinning table, there
is a drop down window. And from the window, we can see opposite flat's
staircase. Hence, the mirror reflects the drop down window and as well
as opp. flat staircase.
Hence is there any remedy to it without having to dismantle the mirror.
Your precious advice to the above-mentioned matter is greatly
appreciated.

2. If you do not want to dismantle the mirror, is there any possibility of installing a day curtain at the window facing the mirror? If so, this is the best solution - if the curtain is pulled down all the time? Alternatively, installing a blind or draw-down roller blind in another alternative.

Otherwise, yes it is particularly bad to reflect the staircase.

Can advice why is particularly bad to reflect the staircase? What will
be the bad things that will happen?
Instead of installing a day curtain at the window, can we use some nice
printed mirror papers to paste the mirror instead so that it will not
reflect the dining table as well as reflect the opposite staircase?

Hello Mr. Lee,

I have a daughter.

She is now 13 years old. Over the years, she is not so polite talking to
us, my husband and myself. However especially this year, her behaviors
is getting out of control in terms of talking manner, studies manner
(getting bad results, lazy not wanting to explore more and slow in pace)
and even hygiene aspect.

Our bed room is now facing her bed room.

In Feng Shui, is there any side effect that our bed room is directly
facing opposite her bed room? As for her studies, in feng shui, is
there any remedy that can improve in this aspect?

A friend of mine having a very similiar case with their son many years ago.

Both of their Bedroom door are facing each other.

Relationship had since improved after Master Cecil Lee audited their house.

so what is the relationship between this two ? And what is the implications when my Kua is Earth ? Should I activate my earth more or water element more ?

1. Please try not to confuse yourself with the two.

2. You should use your birth element e.g. weak water person, instead when looking at suitable/unsuitable careers.

1. Please try to stick to the standard Ba Zi analysis to determine your element and strength.

2. Gua or Kua is too basic to be used to analyse your ba zi. For example: It is not even quite close tosaying that: You live in SINGAPORE! While with your ba zi analysis: one can say: I live at 14 Jalan Suka, Singapore. Which one you want to choose?

3. If you a friend from overseas visiting you, just give them your address as: SINGAPORE. See whether they can find your or not or that they may feel that you are trying to be funny with them!. (Full Stop)
