My son's DOB is 13 April, 1982 8:00 AM GMT+8
It has all yang chart and has no wealth element in it. He is very accident prone and too many obstacle in his job.
What is the significance of my son's all yang basi chart?

In general, it is the opposite side of the continuum. When a person's chart has all yang elements, indirectly, too much yang turns "yin".
