The building is a high-rise, but as I've seen from the satellite map and taken a real picture, the access balcony (corridor) faces Block Y, which is a much lower, 3-storey block. My main concern is the feng shui implications of this setup. The lower Block Y has a very distinctive, almost jagged shape with some shops on the first floor.
