Dear Thoa Le, Yes, if the home flies to Period 8 N1, then the water tank can still remain at SE particularly to help drown the MS#2 and WS#5 at this sector and also reduce the effects of the palace (base star) #7 - loss / robbery/theft star. However, please take note that other than having double 8's at the frontage; and good sectors at North-East and East sectors; other sectors do not have very goodflying star numbers under Period 8 N1, you should do a bit more homework to see if some of the bad #'s do not come into other sectors of the home or need to neutralise, them. Thus, flying to Period 8 N1 - needs closer study since it can be a "double-edged" sword.. Warmes…

Dear Joe, Anonymous wrote: I believe one of the pt to note is to get a good facing main door according to your life kua. However I thought of buying a house that I like and it is facing East but my like kua is 2, East is not my favourable sector. Should I drop the idea in getting this house? Is the door facing VERY important? Thank. Joe Suitability is impossible to correct after you purchase the home. If the suitability is Spook or Irritation, it won't be too bad. Since the house is Disaster sector, which is one of the two worst sector. It is highly not advisable. You should remember that the facing of the house is the most important thing next to the environment of t…

Dear Kalvin, The two "cures" are: 1. use of earth elements e.g. pottery or clay objects at the NW sector. Or the use of water (bottles) to reduce the effect. What sort of renovations are you going to do: Major or minor? Generally, minor renovations would not change the period from 7 to 8. Do take take note for this year 2005 (upto before the next lunar 2006, year), it is best to avoid reonvations at: 1. West (Tai Sui or grand duke's location) 2. NW (Deadly Yellow or #5 location)

Firstly, what exactly are you trying to do? are you finding a house, evaluating an existing home, finding auspicious dates, moving ceremony etc? There are so many different steps fordifferent kinds of analysis. Unless you know exactly what you are trying to do or accomplish, it is hard for anyone to advise you where or what to start. Probably it is best you go through some of the basic resources on our website. A simple house survey would be:- URL…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: I understand that flying star 8(be it a mountain star or water star), it is considered auspicious star in period 8. Would like to know, in period 9, whether flying star 8 remains as good star or otherwise. Shall I conclude that flying star 8 remains as a good star in any periods. The same star number found as the reigning period will always be the current prosperity. ie. Period 8 Fading Prosperity = star 7 Current Prosperity = star 8 Future Prosperity = star 9 ie. Period 9 Fading Prosperity = star 8 Current Prosperity = star 9 Future Prosperity = star 1 So the answer to your question is that your star 8 will be fading prosperity when it c…

Dear Oliv Sullivan, Oliv Sullivan wrote: I was just reviewing the Flying Star Report available on this website and see that for the month of August, 6 (good metal) is visiting the South, my example in the previous post. Could it be that this is actually the element/number that would remedy the 1-5-8 combination, at least for this month? My thought process is that the visiting 6 (good metal) would hold back the 5 (bad earth). Am I on the right track? Yes, that is correct. The Metal helps to create a Five Element flow. So for that month it helps to keep everything in balance. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Researc…

Can these two areas still be used for their purpose as dining and bedroom? or do we need to move out of these areas?? Btw, mine is period 8 house. Thanks many!!! Dinning room stars not as bad as there is star 6 to exhaust or control the Strong Earth. However, it still good to have more Metal (white/gold) to enhaust the strong Earth. Even some Water element (blue/black/gray) will be good as it helps to create more wealth in that sector and create a Earth - Having bad stars does n…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: So, in calculating birth element and determining favorable elements, should the birth location (Singapore in my case) be also taken into consideration? Five element should be considered under these two scenario:- 1. as a Weak Metal, it means that you generally lack Earth and Metal, thus you are weak. Water and Fire are generally unfavourable for you because they make you weaker. While Wood is your wealth but as a weak metal you are not effectively able to control it. Thus, wood is also not very favourable for you unless you have more Earth and Metal to make you strong. This is always the basic level of application of the five element. 2. A…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: We're are in the process of looking for another house. If we want to look for a house facing South, is it necessary to look for new houses i.e. build in the new period after 2004 or can we just buy a second hand house that's build in period 7 but facing south? Is there any difference buying a period 7 house and period 8 house? I feel that as long as we get a suitable house facing south, that would suffice. Would appreciate your early reply. Ideally, since we are already in a period 8 influence. It will make more sense to purchase a house that is built in period 8. This will avoid the need to worry about whether or not you need to fly a period…
