Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: I'm a gua 7 that makes the east a death sector. However star 6 is metal, 1 is water, and under bazi I'm strong fire. Is it as bad for me? Death sector is the worst of the 4 bad direction under the eight house. The East sector of the house is Wood element. as a Strong Fire, wood only makes you stronger, thus is considered again a unfavourable suitability. So it means that you are entirely not suited for any bedroom or facing direction of a house that is East. The flying star of the bedroom isn't too bad. However, as long as your bedroom is unsuitable, no matter how good the luck of the room, you will simply not be able to benefit from it. Ano…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: Is it advisable for a strong water person to make investment in share market? I believe share market falls under fire element. The art of investment is Metal element. While the general Share Market is Earth element. Fire because it deals with lots of selling. As a Strong Water person., Fire/Earth is favourable for you. Metal may make you overly strong so the overall is considered favourable because it consist of Fire - A Strong Water will benefit from this career, but a weak water person will not. Fire and Earth will destroy your weak water. So much so that the Metal influence from investment will be overwhelmed. Hope that helps. Warme…

Dear Robert Lee Goodmorning to you. In another word by using the luo pan to audit a house I need to check out of the day is suitable to me by using ba zi tocheck outof the day which is suitable to me but then I have no knowledge in bazi. Whatis anotheroption do I have? May I ask you another question. Dear Fely, Fely Aquino wrote: Please refresh my knowledge again. The Eight House has North location as the main door. What if the home's main door faces any of the other locations (ie, West, Northeast, etc)? How do you determine the bad and good locations in this regard? The facing of the house you should determine by our facing direction rule set:- 1. Landed Property - ie facing of the house itself. Depends on the orientation of the house itself. 2. Apartment (2nd level - 7th level) - ie main door of the house as your facing direction of the house 3. Apartment (8th level and up) - ie living room or balcony as your facing directiondirection. This will be the facing …

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: What cures can you suggest if the home that I would like to purchase and to bebuilt this year havebad room locations? Should I just look for another home plan?I am a North person, main door is facing North. The land and surrounding area is good. The builder's layout plan is as follows: What you need to understand that is that, there is no way you can fix a suitability issue. If a house does not fit you, then always best to look for another more suitable house. There is no way to correct this. You can attempt to improve other feng shui flaw to offset this. However, if a house does not fit you, it means you cannot get the maximum amount of luck…

Dear Rachel, Rachel Rachel wrote: Now I understand the percentages, but what I don't understand is why is 7 Fire, for example, considered "Extremely Weak" when it obviously has the highest percentage (56%) compared to all other elements in my chart. The Extremely weak is based on the seasonal influence based on your month of birth that will influence all the elements present in your chart. This extremely weak is the strength of the Fire element given your season of birth. As to whether you are weak or strong will eventually be based on how many of each elements you have after the seasonal influence, the number of each element you have is computated. The 56% is computate…

Dear Wanama, Wanama Thefirst wrote: I have a question about my best directions and my real element. There are two concepts in feng shui that can be used on direction:- 1. Eight House or suitability is often used on house facing direction andbed / study / work direction. More on smaller scale application. 2. Ba Zi element or direction is often used more on macro application. ie Staying in the Northern part of the Earth, North part of the country, house element direction etc. It is less used on a smaller scale level. The reason why the two concepts can sometimes have conflicting information is simple. Eight House is based on YEAR of birth, while Ba Zi Element is based o…

Dear Anon, Quote: hi, i am currently searching for a suitable location for my outdoor wedding photo-shooting, could you advise me on whether which part of Singapore or place is the most auspicious one. Is there any things to avoid of? thank in advance. I personally, don't think you should worry about whether the location for your shoot is auspicious or not. As the location auspicious or not isn't going to affect your wedding. Probably finding a nice environment or scenery would be more important so that you have nice memory of the shot as a memory. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Edited by Robert Lee: Cecil has been exceptionally busy, as such he haven't yet had time to add new reviews for condominium from Forum post request. You may have to seek professional services for a professional house hunting review if you need it urgently. Hi Cecil Do you have any comments on Westcove Condo as I actually intend to purchase 1 unit there - convenient amenities, near NUS, etc?

Hi, My fiance and I are looking around for a new flat. Recently, we found 1 flat that we both like. In some of the postings, I read that if a flat is near a temple, it may not be that good for the occupiers. The flat is behind the temple, but as it isabove 10thfloor,theflat will not be blocked by the temple. Furthermore, the rooms are affected by the afternoon sun. Have attached the layout of the flat for your reference. Pls advise.

Dear Master, I'm seating in an office with a few people and my seat is in such a way that my face is directly facing the door of the room when seated down. I heard that this is not a good seating arrangement in terms of feng shui. I have been in this position for about 2 years and since then, feels that there are some obstacles and problems in my career. Please advise how to minimise or reduce the bad fengshui of my seating position. Thanks for your time !

Hi Mr Lee, I live in a flat with my mother. I suspect that there is a toilet above my bedroom. At night i would hear smallnoises from above me, people clicking on and off the light, as if they are in a toilet or bathroom. My life has been a very very unhappy one. I can't find a job. I can't concentrate. I lack a lot of confidence. I am always depressed. I can't study. I feel so lazy at times. I just want to cry. I am thinking of buying a pa qua mirror reflecting outwards and face it to the ceiling with a strongbrown sellatape? Will this be an excellent remedy. I am suffering so badly. Always tired too. Dear Master Lee, whenwe are looking for a new house, apart fromchoosing a house with the appropriate shapes and forms, should wethen go for the favourable house-facingdirection according to : 1) Eight Mansions Feng Shui - in this case, myself, my husband and my daughter all belong to the "West" group, so should we go look for a West-facing (or South-west or North-west facing) house? 2) Bazi Elements - in this case, my favourable element is Earth which is NE or SW direction, but my husband and daughter both have favourable element in Water, which is N direction. Water is my unfavourable element, so if we go by Bazi when choosing a house-facing direction, wouldn't we clash…

Dear Cecil/Robert: While checking out the flying star for SW1/P8 home, I saw the above description "diagonal star robbery formation" whichexplained "the occupants will enjoy good health, wealth and prosperity for such a house". The aboveexplanationis very confusing to me. SW1/P8 has ms5, ws8, bs5, ys1. The 'diagonal star', I assume, are ms5 and bs5 (isn't the combination of two stars 5s the worst?). Plus the word 'robbery' doesn't sound good to me. The eigh-one combination for ms5 and ws8 is inauspicious. With all this analysis, I don't understand why it said "theoccupants will enjoy good health, wealth and prosperity..." Would you be kindly explain it further? Thank …

Dear Anon, In my opinion, the question asked, may have more dimensions than what you had mentioned, below. For example, other major considerations like: 1. Is the stove facing a good direction (often should face a good direction suitable to the woman "head" of the home.) 2. Best to avoid placing the stove directly at the NW compass direction. This is known as "fire at heaven's gate" - considered by many FS practitioners as a very inauspicious location. For the stove as well as an oven or even a toaster oven, here. 3. If the kitchen is located at the South (fire element) compass direction of a home; it is OK to have the stove facing a water position. But if the kitche…
