Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Compassvale Mast and poison arrows from sha qi or sharp corner of neighbouring blocks 1. This type of block / stack layouts will tend to have many poison arrows from sharp corners aimed towards another stack/unit. 2. Can you spot more poison arrows. As I purposely left out some of them!

Tampines GreenBloom Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans tampines-greenbloom.pdf Case Study: Tampines GreenBloom BTO and the maxim: "Shapes and Forms prevail over the Stars (Flying Stars)" What this means is that Location, location, location prevails over the use of Compass School Feng Shui which includes both Flying Stars and Personal Eight House concept. Best stacks/units generally are those facing neighbourhood park such as stacks: 107, 109, 111, 209, 211 and 213 Of course there is the concern of indirect afternoon sun all year round at the frontage of these stacks depending on the floor level. Location: Simei Street 4 Developer: NTUC Choice Homes with Comfort Properties Tenure: 99 years TOP in middle of 2002. This condo is a mid-medium sized condo with a total of 242 units with 2, 3, 4 and mansionettes. Because of it's close proximity to the Simei MRT, it commands a good price per sq ft. Price per sq ft for units in this condo can arrange between $540K to $630K psf depending on the level and size of apartment and view. My comments: 1. This developer of this condo also built the much dreaded symbollically joined U shape designed condo project called: Rivervale Crest Condominium. 2. It is good that Tropical Spring has an opening (please see att…

1. The Petals is one of the sites with good effort on Shapes & Forms Feng Shui. The six blocks are harmoniously blended into not exactly a triangle site. 2. It looks modern yet, its profile looks like the side of an olive or even a rugby ball. Each of the 6 blockssuppose to looklike petals ofthe flower.. that is how the condo was named after. 3. One of the most friendly designs. If one looks at each block closely in relation to the other 5 blocks (total of 6 blocks); there are no sha qi or poison arrows aimed at one another. 4. Another advantage of this type of blocks is that qi can flow easily between all the blocks without creating unnecessary "distrubed wind …

In this example, luckily, no homes were built at the marking in RED x 3. There should be sufficient space for a plot at each of these three RED X's but, certainly such plots again, under Shapes and Forms are considered inauspicious.

If these homes are in the United States (US), homes outlined in RED would instead be considered as the least auspicious amongst the row of terrace homes. Please see attachment.

We humans each have a birthdate. Likewise, under Flying Star Feng Shui, one must also ascertain the "birthdate" of the house. On the first page of all HDB valuation report(s) would list down the date the lease started on a specific flat. Under Para 4) Details of Property: Tenure: 99 years wef from 1 Jun 2000. (This example)

1. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Tampines GreenRidges and Flying Star Feng Shui 2. This development has all blocks/stacks/units aligned in a North to South cardinal point. 3. In Flying Star Feng Shui: N2 (0/360)or S2 (180) facing. 4. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. 5. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 6. S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing…

1. Ideally, in Feng Shui, it is best not to have blue-roof for buildings. 2. As a blue roof in the I-ching represents difficulties. Thus it is best not to have a blue roof i.e. nice-not-to have instead of must-not-have situation.
