As mentioned under the Skypeak at Bukit Batok; Para 5.3; in Singapore, it is not favourable to purchase a unit that has a full view of a pavilion. If one can see the pavilion, those at the pavilion can also see you and/or you can virtually see and smell all the going on at the pavilion. The most common activities at the pavilion are the wakes (where funeral activities are conducted).

Nowadays, as you can see, many people approach Feng Shui, even before they select their flats. This is a smart choice and this is an uprising trend especially from 3 years ago.
