Many new condo developments today have interior walls that come with dry walls. For example: The Sail, Livia and recently TOP Caspian and also 8@Woodleigh. All other developers should take a page or example from the Sales Brochure of Naung Residence. Where under 3.0 WALLS Internal Wall : concret wall and/or brickwall and/or precast wall While many other brochures are not clearly written. Please see attachments. 1. The 2 bedder... interior layout.... not that fantastic. 2. The 3 bedder... also not that ideal.... 3. Just when I thought that everything looks fine for the 4 bedder... Oops, oops and more oops! Sennett Residence and Flying Star Feng Shui Majority of the stacks/units in this development either face Flying Stars Period 8 E3 or W3. E3 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the apartment. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are located. W2 facing stacks:It is good to have clear space or a water position at the living room side. As the frontage of this facing has the double auspicious combinations of water wealth stars. The only drawback is also the DIRECT afternoon sun. Wealth but "cooked" or "roasted" by the afternoon sun.

Watercove @ Wak Hassan Drive 80 units of Freehold colonial style cluster terraces and semi-detached housing. Black and white colonial style. Do you know why it is called black and white? This is because of the wood that is varnished or protected by black coating:paint. And all these homes were whitewashed.
