Dear All, Punggol (Edgefield plains) Govt Housing Development Board flats (HDB) Many of these new generation HDB flats face each other. Many are entrapped i.e. in very close proximity and has no view other than looking into other apartments. This is the general area where all these new flats are clustered together:- http://www.streetdirectory.com:8080/map.jsp?x=36220.7008101852&y=42206.2093460648&level=7&star=1&xyfile= Not all face inwards, but it seems a majority are facing each other. Air flow is often at the mercy of specific timing or sometimes, it just flows past some units. Many of these flats TOP in 2002 and lots more TOP this year and the next. Gen…

OLA Executive condo at Sengkang by Evia and Gamuda Passed by the site many times for Feng Shui audits at three close-by condos... Also transit at the kopitiam food court at Sengkang Community Hospital. Only bought drinks there + chill-out. As the rest of the food does not look appertising as well as "crazy" prices.

Further to what I had mentioned: 1. Young couples who had just started work or even had worked for 3 or 4 years may still have difficulty servicing the loan quantum for anything above $288K to $300K. 2. Another thing to remember is that in Singapore; for a 99 tenure apartment; if the lease falls below 60 years, no bank would normally touch it - since it increases their risk exposure on the property. 3. Only those who are single and cannot afford a condo, often, consider these apartments. Warmest Regards, Cecil

OUE Twin Peaks condo and flying stars of the two blocks. Block 31 appeals more towards the West group persons as the stacks/units either face NE2 (45 degrees) or SW facing (225 degrees) Block 33 = N2 or S2 facing are pure North to South facing. And under the Eight House concept appeals more towards the East group person.

Parc Riviera @ West Coast Vale by EL Development Under Flying Star Feng Shui: Parc Riviera stacks has two facings: 1. N3 stacks which are facing "noisy" the Ayer Rajah Expressway (morning sun) 2. While S3 stacks pool facing and (Sungei Pandan) Pandan Reservior will have indirect afternoon sun. N3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable as the pool facing S3 stacks. S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. The only concern for a S3 facing …

The newly launched Parc Rosewood condominum at Rosewood Drive have several layouts that are not up to par with good Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. It is considered as a major leak if the toilet is NEXT to the main entrance area. Let's hope that the unit has no further leaks... Predominately, the units are either facing North or South.... In each of the three sample layouts, the toilet is highlighted in YELLOW (next to the main door) In addition, in many instances, another flaw is that the stove is in direct view of the main door... You guess it!

1. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Keat Hong Colours and Flying Star Feng Shui of 5 bedroom type:- 2. N1 facing stacks = 513, 515, 517, 529. N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position. 2.1 Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. 2.2 If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. 2.3 The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed. 3. N2 facing stack = 665 with N3 facing stack = 501. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2/3 facing vs a S2/3 facing chart. Here, under N2/3 facing; the combined …
