Jui Residence single block looks "neat" and smart. And looks like it has retained the former National Aerated Water Company frontage (nice):- Jui Residences at 1117 Serangoon Road is located beside a drain at the former National Aerated Water Company (NAWC). In the past, NAWC produced Kickapoo Joy juice, Sinalco and Royal crown cola. Kickapoo Joy juice is still sold today. While Sinalco and Royal crown cola all but disappeared. These are some consideration: 1. Looks like the edge of Tower 22, Stack 45 is aimed towards Tower 10, Stack 18. Hopefully, it is not aimed towards the balcony / living room windows. 1.1 Unlike a bedroom window, which often can be easily neutralised by e.g. day curtain(s) or blinds; a living room area is often usually an open area. 2. The Santorini Condominium @ Tampines is said to got it's inspiration from the Mediterranean. A medium sized condo with a total of 597 units. From a Top-view perspective the 7 blocks are roughly U shaped layout. Where block 35 is arranged a little off from it's two sister blocks 21 and 31-33. This site is on a pure rectangular plot.
