HDB Bedok North Woods and Common sense 1. Common sense says that: 1.1. If possible avoid a home that is constantly bathe by direct or indirect afternoon sun rays. 1.2. It is obvious what direct afternoon sun rays are like. For example a West unit where standing inside the living room the facing direction is West or SW (slight slant). 1.3. Less obvious are the indirect afternoon sun rays. 1.3.1 For example, some young couples happily go into a resale flat and find the house lovely. 1.3.2 One thing that they forgot was that the owners turned on the air-con during their visit(s). 1.3.3…

From a Top-view perspective the 7 blocks are roughly U shaped layout. Where block 35 is arranged a little off from it's two sister blocks 21 and 31-33. This site is on a pure rectangular plot. And under conservative Shapes and Forms Feng Shui is truly playing safe-macro Feng Shui. Stacks like Block 29 stack #26 and also Block 23 stack #14 will invariably create poison arrows from the sharp-corner of the block aimed towards stack #32. While stack #14 has it's corner aimed towards stack #08. See attached illustration. …

These are some consideration: 1. Looks like the edge of Tower 22, Stack 45 is aimed towards Tower 10, Stack 18. Hopefully, it is not aimed towards the balcony / living room windows. 1.1 Unlike a bedroom window, which often can be easily neutralised by e.g. day curtain(s) or blinds; a living room area is often usually an open area. 2. Pot Luck and Tower 10, Stack 18. As it may be affected by both the poison arrow (sharp corner of Tower 22, Stack 45. STACK 18 ======== 2.1. In addition @ the East coast or around the South side of Singapore which is near to the sea; often one can feel strong winds blowing from the land towards the sea (South.) 2.2. Freehold. T.O.P. 2017. Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui. At The Tembusu, the way the buildings and spaces are designed can sometimes have a bigger impact on Feng Shui than the Flying Stars system itself. 1. The Tembusu @ Tampines consists of five blocks in total, with two larger buildings and three smaller ones. 2. Trilive, which is also a relatively small development, is just one plot away and is separated from The Tembusu only by Fortune Park. 3. In this project, the Flying Star orientations are either N2 or S2, but they are slightly off—about 5 degrees away from true North or true South. 4. On the northern side of The Tembusu, there is a multi-s…

Last weekend, a previous client of mine called that he is house hunting as he needs a larger home. Furthermore, his current home has lots of staircases even to the "guest room" where is mother-in-law is staying. He chanced upon an "open house" for no. 1 Parry View which is on sale for whatever reasons. From the streetdirectory map: No. 1 Parry View: does not seem to have very good Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. Take alook at the home at the "bottom" of the Y. Feng Shui can still help to redress some of the issues. But this is already a major leak: Location, location, location - ain't good! Based on Shapes and Forms; this home is situated at the "bottom" of the "V" of t…
