1. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Admiralty Vista 2. There seems to be a "glaring" potential poison arrow from sharp corner of a neighbouring exisiting Block 717 aimed towards Block 717B stack 30. 3. See attached illustration. 4. Did you see the MSCP 714A? There is also a potential poison arrow from it's sharp corner aimed towards stack 14's lower floors. Can you visualise this? As I did not mark it out on the illustration.

1. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Cheng San Court and Flying Star Feng Shui for 4-bedroom units: 2. N1-facing stacks are 37, 39, 41, and 43, while S1-facing stacks are 35, 45, and 47. 3. N1 units have the auspicious double 8s at the frontage, which is especially beneficial if the frontage has a water feature. 3.1 It is also favorable if the master bedroom is located in the NE sector, as this area has good star combinations of MS#6 and WS#1. 3.2 A bedroom in the East sector is ideal for use as a bedroom or study. 3.3 Other sectors contain inauspicious stars and may require remedies. 3.4 For S1 units, the auspicious wealth stars MS#8 and WS#8 are loc…

Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Clementi Ridges & the Precint Pavilion. 1. There are six stacks which have view of the precint pavilion. 2. The six stacks are 161, 163, 171, 177, 179 & 181. 3. Best to avoid stacks / units that are low floors facing the precint pavilion. As on occasions, funeral wakes are carried out in the pavilion. 4. Most recently, many HDB estates thus place the precint pavilion to one side of the development. And this should be the best practise, here. 5. As there can be situations when a race celebrates an event such as Chinese New Year or other festive occasions and unfortunately, a wake is held, there and in full view from the living room of …

All stacks in this development are either N1 or S1 facing. 2. N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position. 3. Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. 4. If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. 5. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Compassvale Mast and poison arrows from sha qi or sharp corner of neighbouring blocks 1. This type of block / stack layouts will tend to have many poison arrows from sharp corners aimed towards another stack/unit. 2. Can you spot more poison arrows. As I purposely left out some of them!

1. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Tampines GreenRidges and Flying Star Feng Shui 2. This development has all blocks/stacks/units aligned in a North to South cardinal point. 3. In Flying Star Feng Shui: N2 (0/360)or S2 (180) facing. 4. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. 5. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 6. S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing…

Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans woodlands-pasture-i-&-ii.pdf Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Woodlands Pasture 1 & 2 & Shapes & Forms Feng Shui 1. Either the architect is in my opinion "lazy" or was forced to pack so many blocks / stacks so ... so closely in both Pasture 1 and Pasture 2. 2. The distance between stacks/units is like only "three car lengths". 3. Instead of "wraping" the blocks stacks within the plot of land; the architect perhaps simply "copied" similar blocks/stacks and duplicate them piecemeal to come out with such a site plan. 4. Such closely packed blocks/stacks/units are prone to sha qi or …

Yung Kuang Court Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans yung-kuang-court.pdf 1. Feng Shui of Yung Kuang Court & Poison Arrows 2. There are potential poison arrows aimed towards certain stacks in Yung Kuang Court. And this depends on the height of the Multi-storey car park 163A aimed towards stack 46. 3. Sometimes, the sha qi or poison arrow may not need to come from own estate. It can come from an existing block from a different neighbourhood estate:- 4. Neighbouring block 163 has a corner also aimed towards stack 30. 5. Another potential sha qi is block 161's corner aimed towards stack 50.

Sales Brochure Riverbank @ Fernvale Brochure.pdf Feng Shui of Riverbank condo in Fernvale / Sengkang & Flying Star directions 1. Based on the street directory readings; the 4 blocks are slanted slightly to the right at 7 degrees North. 2. Another 0.4 degrees and all blocks land into a dangerous zone of emptyness or "no man's land". 3. Thus for now, my calculations show that all blocks/stacks/units either face N2 or S2. 4. If the development is tilted >0.5 degrees; it can change the readings to N3 or S3 respectively. Frankly, this is still ok since N2 and N3 chart are identical. Same as S2 and S3 flying star chart. 5. What is of …

All stacks in Twin Fountain ECin Woodlands:are either NW3 or SE3 facing. 1. NW3: 1.1. Frontage: As the water wealth star (career luck) is at the frontage; it would be good if the unit's frontage has a water position or pool. 1.2. North sector: If the master bedroom is at this sector: need to disarm the MS#2 with #4 combination stars. Else could result in husband and wife having frequent quarrels. 1.3. West sector: If the master bedroom is located at this sector: there is a #5 misfortune sickness star + #7 loss of wealth / opportunities = Best to disarm this sector. 1.4. South sector: If the main entrance is at this sector: there is a #3 financial lost issues + #…

Question: Hi Master, do you think the leaves can act as a partition / panel between the staircase and the main door? Reply: Not ideal. The leaves have two many sharp points. And all the white leaves; apologies; in my opinion, looks more like meant for decorating a funeral wake. Client: LOL thanks

Part 3: HDB Waterfront I and II @ Northshore and Block 413Precinct Pavilion and block 417 2 storey elderly facilities. 2. It is good consideration that the Precinct Pavilion located at 413 is "tucked" at one corner bordering to a reserve site. Here, unlike another recent launched site: HDB Hougang Rivercourt; where the precinct pavilion is full view of several stacks in that development. 3. Try to choose high floors of5 bedroom type Block 415D stack 577.

Part 2: Lake Grande by MCL Land and Flying Star Feng Shui 1. This development has stacks that are either:West group compatible such as NE3, SW3, NW3 or SE3 which is suitable to an East group person. 2. It is good that all stacks falls within the "True" compass degrees of 60 (NE3); 150 (SE3); 240 (SW3) and 330 (NW3) facing. 2.1 Thus even if the blocks were built a few degrees off in any directions; there is still a huge confidence level that the stacks will belong to the above. 2.2 Contrast this with some developments. Where just one or two degrees could change the Flying Star readings say from NE3 to East1 etc... 3. The only stacks that face the Jurong Lake are the…
