The Clementi Canopy by UOL at Clementi Avenue 1 Next door neighbour to NUS high school. Common sense says that the units along / facing the Ayer Raja Expressway will nosy. And avoid having a unit (if any) facing expressway pedestrian crossing bridge that connects Clementi Ave 1 side to Jubilee Road. More about this development when I have more details of the actual site-plan and layouts

1. In my opinion, this small condo development with two stacks #01 and #02 get "top marks" for poor Shapes and Forms. 2. Pedestrian crossing Although the developer had cleverly avoided units directly towards any units; 3. SPC petrol station The main concern is the SPC petrol stations + fumes. Highly unlikely that it will blow-up... 4. When I was at this development, there are still units available beside this SPC petrol station. (Maybecancerous should one be exposed to prolonged fumes....)

1. Majority of the stacks/units in Coco Palms face either Period 8 N3 or S3. 2. While only some of Block's 19 and 33 either faces E3 or W3. 3. In modern times, we now have digital maps and sites like : onemap.sg that uses govern data survey maps to draw an outline of the completed buildings. Another useful site is: streetdirectory.com. 3.1. It was named Canberra after a visiting Australian warship in 1937. 1.2. City Gate at Beach Road Integrated Development: a mix of Residential, Commercial and Shopping. Formerly the enbloc of Keypoint estate. The two residential blocks have the 1950's art deco rounded overall outer shell design. Based on the site plan: stacks #12, #13 and #14 seems to be facing Flying Stars NE2 direction @52 degrees. Part 2: Qbay Residences in Tampines & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. The Qbay Residences Sales Brochure shows Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 facing either N1 342 degrees or S1 162 degrees. 2. I used the streetdirectory.com 's map and found the same Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 readings also as N1 (350 degrees) and S1 (170 degrees). 3. There is a comfortable margin of variance between the two to place blocks 5, 7 15, 17 as within N1 or S2 directions. However, it is always good to confirm the readings on-site after T.O.P.
