Part 2: Qbay Residences in Tampines & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. The Qbay Residences Sales Brochure shows Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 facing either N1 342 degrees or S1 162 degrees. 2. I used the streetdirectory.com 's map and found the same Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 readings also as N1 (350 degrees) and S1 (170 degrees). 3. There is a comfortable margin of variance between the two to place blocks 5, 7 15, 17 as within N1 or S2 directions. However, it is always good to confirm the readings on-site after T.O.P.

City Gate at Beach Road Integrated Development: a mix of Residential, Commercial and Shopping. Formerly the enbloc of Keypoint estate. The two residential blocks have the 1950's art deco rounded overall outer shell design. Based on the site plan: stacks #12, #13 and #14 seems to be facing Flying Stars NE2 direction @52 degrees. However, this is considered a borderline case. Thus hopefully, when the development T.O.P.s it should either be NE2 or NE3. But very bad luck if it is between neither of these two directions. By the way NE2 and NE3 facing directions have the same Flying Star chart. Thus not an issue,…

1. Why was this development named as The Commodore? 1.1. The Commodore is located in Canberra, which was an important naval enclave within the former Sembawang Naval Base. It was named Canberra after a visiting Australian warship in 1937. 1.2. According to the Sales Brochure, The Commodore got it's name from the topmost naval officer in Singapore at that time - the Commodore Superintendent of the Royal Navy Dockyard. Source: National Heritage Board and the Australian War Memorial. 2. Will the current or former Chief of the Navy not only buy a unit here but stay there? LOL

A worked example of the combination of the application of both FORMS (Shapes and Forms) and Stars (Flying Star facing direction analysis)... Nowadays, this is the trend of the smart.... A thorough analysis includes many things: 1. Afternoon sun consideration 2. Pavilions where wakes (for the dead) are held 3. Any poison arrows (Sha qi) in the form of lamp posts; sharp edges of neighbouring blocks 4. Flying Star facing directions of each of the potential stacks or units 5. White Pollution from road noise, bus stops etc... 6. Potential missing c…

The Bentley Residences @ Kovan and Flying Star Feng Shui The sales brochure's North compass direction matches that of the street-directory's map. Thus, this development's stacks either face Flying Stars Period 8: NW2 or SE2 direction with one hundred percent certainty even if the blocks are a few degrees off their angles (if any). NW2 Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. If the master bedroom or …

All stacks in Twin Fountain ECin Woodlands:are either NW3 or SE3 facing. 1. NW3: 1.1. Frontage: As the water wealth star (career luck) is at the frontage; it would be good if the unit's frontage has a water position or pool. 1.2. North sector: If the master bedroom is at this sector: need to disarm the MS#2 with #4 combination stars. Else could result in husband and wife having frequent quarrels. 1.3. Tampines GreenEdge Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans tampines-greenedge.pdf HDB Tampines GreenEdge and poison arrow(s) or sha qi from sharp corner of neighbouring blocks/stacks Staggered or step block/stack designs would inevitabily cause poison arrows from neighbouring sharp corners of blocks/stacks to be aimed towards another block/stack. In HDB Tamines GreenEdge, even staggering various stacks within a single block may even cause poison arrows to "sister" stacks. For example: Block 493H stack #588 is "in-front" of it's sister stack #570. This has resulted in two sharp corners of stack #588 aimed towards stack #570. An…
