1. Feng Shui of HDB Anchorvale Fields & Bedroom type 3 & 4 and Flying Star Feng Shui 2. Bedroom type 3 & 4 have either N2 or S2 facing directions. 3. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. 3.1 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 3.2 N2. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. 3.3 S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage en…

Squatters of SGP land caveat emptor... Minister for National Development (MND) Lawrence Wong says that majority of occupiers (apologies I mean squatters) of 99-year leased homes have to surrender their flats when the lease expires. As government has no means to en-bloc each and every flat.. The Minister wrote on the MND blog: “For the vast majority of HDB flats, the leases will eventually run out, and the flats will be returned to HDB, who will in turn have to surrender the land to the State.” “Do not assume that all old HDB flats will be automatically eligible for the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme, or SERS. SE…

Tampines GreenEdge Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans tampines-greenedge.pdf HDB Tampines GreenEdge and poison arrow(s) or sha qi from sharp corner of neighbouring blocks/stacks Staggered or step block/stack designs would inevitabily cause poison arrows from neighbouring sharp corners of blocks/stacks to be aimed towards another block/stack. In HDB Tamines GreenEdge, even staggering various stacks within a single block may even cause poison arrows to "sister" stacks. For example: Block 493H stack #588 is "in-front" of it's sister stack #570. This has resulted in two sharp corners of stack #588 aimed towards stack #570. An…

Cityscape @ Farrer Park and Rubbish collection point In some instances, we have to open our eyes closely when selecting our costly investment of a property. In this example of Cityscape Condo; although there is tell-tale sign of a dead-end road leading into the development; No where says that there is a rubbish bin collection point. Here, if one is familiar with similar outlines of HDB site plans; one can immediately notice (see attachment); that most likely; it could be a drive-up / reverse-point for a rubbish truck to collect rubbish. If so, I wouldn't want to select a low unit especially stack #06 or even #07 as often the "smell" could permeate…

6 blocks with 16 storeys and 1 block of 15 storeys high. There are a total of 708 units in this development and comes under Period 8, Flying Stars N3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back/rear" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. It is advantages for a S3 facing as the frontage of the home has the double auspicious weath luck. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which…

Kallang Riverside @ 51 Kampong Bugis (Freehold condo) Units are either N1 or S1 facing. From a Shapes and Forms point of view, riverside view is always the first choice. As the forms prevail over the stars (Flying Stars). Under Flying Star Feng Shui: N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good as it's frontage has a water position. Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed. …

1. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Admiralty Vista 2. There seems to be a "glaring" potential poison arrow from sharp corner of a neighbouring exisiting Block 717 aimed towards Block 717B stack 30. 3. See attached illustration. 4. Did you see the MSCP 714A? There is also a potential poison arrow from it's sharp corner aimed towards stack 14's lower floors. Can you visualise this? As I did not mark it out on the illustration.

Regrettably, it appears that the cooling in the property market is not likely to improve anytime soon. During my second visit to the new development, Waterscape@Cavenagh, I arrived at the condominium and made my way towards the basement lift. As I approached, a well-dressed woman entered the corridor. Just as the lift doors were about to close, she hurriedly joined me inside and initiated a conversation by asking, "Are you an owner here?" Inwardly, I thought to myself, "How unfortunate! She is probably trying to generate business for her company." The clues were evident, as she was carrying samples of carpet tiles. These are indeed challenging times for property agen…
