I cannot help but notice the distinctive sloping roof-line. Reminds one of the distinctive roof-lines of the small Potong Pasir estate. Looks like the next elections may be in September 2015. And looks like it may be just after the Chinese 7th month i.e. after 12 September 2015, this year!

This was the original location of Woodbridge Hospital: The road leading to it was Jalan Woodbridge. In 2001, the developer MCL wrote in to change this road Jalan Woodbridge to Gerald Drive. This was approved. As Woodbridge Hospital moves further down a few kilometres away. Today the epic centre where it once stood is exactly at Hougang Primary School grounds. Close to this is Hougang One (formerly Hougang Point). In close proximity are HDB flats Blocks 970, 927, 938 etc..

Squatters of SGP land caveat emptor... Minister for National Development (MND) Lawrence Wong says that majority of occupiers (apologies I mean squatters) of 99-year leased homes have to surrender their flats when the lease expires. As government has no means to en-bloc each and every flat.. Kallang Riverside @ 51 Kampong Bugis (Freehold condo) Units are either N1 or S1 facing. From a Shapes and Forms point of view, riverside view is always the first choice. As the forms prevail over the stars (Flying Stars). Under Flying Star Feng Shui: N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good as it's frontage has a water position. 1. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Admiralty Vista 2. There seems to be a "glaring" potential poison arrow from sharp corner of a neighbouring exisiting Block 717 aimed towards Block 717B stack 30. 3. Cityscape @ Farrer Park and Rubbish collection point In some instances, we have to open our eyes closely when selecting our costly investment of a property. In this example of Cityscape Condo; although there is tell-tale sign of a dead-end road leading into the development; No where says that there is a rubbish bin collection point. Here, if one is familiar with similar outlines of HDB site plans; one can immediately notice (see attachment); that most likely; it could be a drive-up / reverse-point for a rubbish truck to collect rubbish. Alana a Hawaiian theme development at Sunshine Terrace a three storey cluster housing with condo facilities. For cluster houses and landed properties; it is good to superimpose the 1st storey layout with the 2nd storey layout. What to look out for? The main consideration is where is the kitchen and the stove location. For example, when I superimpose the above; I found that the kitchen stove on level 1 is directly above the illustrated bed-head poistion of bedroom 2 on level 2.
